Fisher Plaza going up for sale

The Puget Sound Business Journal reports:

Fisher Communications Inc. said it's putting its 7-year-old Fisher Plaza in downtown Seattle up for sale.

The 294,000-square-foot building at Fourth and Denny streets, which currently features a four-story-tall image of Seattle Mariner Ichiro Suzuki on its side, is the home of Fisher's (NASDAQ: FSCI) KOMO TV and KOMO radio stations. Fisher officials said the property will generate about $7.5 million in earnings to the 60 percent of the building not occupied by its owned entities.

What a prime piece of property for some commercial investor to pick up. As of the time of this posting, it doesn't appear to be listed on any of the commercial listing services.
