I was showing property on two separate occasions over the last two weeks at Mosler Lofts in Belltown. On the first occasion, we concluded our showing by walking in on a conversation between a tenant and the concierge about how his unit was leaking water everywhere from the ceiling.
This last Saturday, upon walking in to the building, we were relegated to the lobby while the concierge dealt with what she termed an “emergency”. To say the least. Unbeknownst to even her, there was a cascade of water coming from one of the vents above the owner's library, falling all over the bookshelves and brand new books. After notifying her of this, she was eventually able to give us keys to the units but we were asked to stay completely off of the second floor.
Just a head ups to potential buyers! Scary stuff!
